    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand and lead our Power Delivery practice in suburban Philadelphia office located in Plymouth Meeting, PA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The successful candidate will lead a practice specializing in Power Delivery (transmission, substation, and/or power studies) engineering services.</li>\n <li>This individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth for a Power Delivery practice while growing their own projects, clients, and team around them.</li>\n <li>Coordinate or direct development, energy assessment, engineering, or construction activities to ensure that the project needs and objectives are met.</li>\n <li>Leadership responsibilities include:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Operating with integrity and sound business principles</li>\n   <li>Providing vision, business planning, and strategy</li>\n   <li>Establishing goals</li>\n   <li>Building and maintaining positive client relationships</li>\n   <li>Having open communication with your partners and team</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Our Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as positive leaders and mentors.</li>\n <li>The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business.</li>\n <li>With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program with the potential to advance to ownership.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of relevant experience managing Power Delivery and Substation projects</li>\n <li>Familiar with the relevant standards, regulations, and best practices for utilities and energy providers</li>\n <li>Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization</li>\n <li>Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Kimley-Horn?</h2>\n<p>At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
