The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair, electronic diagnostic tools, and preventative maintenance. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Strong diagnostic skills with experience using OEM diagnostic software (e.g., Cummins Insite, Allison DOC, CAT ET, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">ASE Certification in Diesel Engines, Electrical/Electronic Systems, and Medium/Heavy Truck Brakes preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience with air brakes, hydraulic brakes, and suspension systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Knowledge of California Emissions Regulations and CARB compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proficiency with computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking repairs and maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
