The role involves routine maintenance of beverage equipment, proper handling of inventory deliveries using tools like pallet jacks and dollies, and a working knowledge of sanitation regulations. Additionally, the bar back supports bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest service.</p><p>Candidates are expected to embody the values of Laguna Development Corporation by maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work under pressure&mdash;including on weekends and holidays&mdash;and effective teamwork. While no formal education is required, relevant work experience is necessary. The position demands attention to detail, basic arithmetic skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
