Overview Neighborhood Advisor, Case Management Full-Time | $21.02/Hour | Non-Exempt | Health Benefits Included 📍 749 South Warren Street – The Salvation Army of the Syracuse Area Adult Day Program for Senior Services Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors The Salvation Army of Syracuse is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Neighborhood Advisor to support adults age 60+ through outreach case management, housing crisis intervention, advocacy, and supportive services. In this rewarding role, you will help seniors maintain safe, stable, and healthy living environments while working to prevent homelessness and unnecessary hospitalization.
