    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain an environment for safe work environments by following HSE and 5S policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Change tools per schedule and/or leadership direction in a safe and efficient manner utilizing established crane and Lock-out Tag-out procedures.</li>\n <li>Ensure established Mold Setting processes are followed.&nbsp; Sets up equipment based on mold requirements, materials, and tolerances.</li>\n <li>Maintain all tool change equipment and tools in a safe and clean storage area.</li>\n <li>Complete weekly preventive maintenance on machines and tools, apply force of 75lbs or greater for clamping tools in machines, and frequently lift weight over 40lbs.</li>\n <li>Execute production runs; conducts quality control testing before mold enters production cycle.</li>\n <li>Report all damaged tool change equipment to the Production Supervisor/Technical Manager.</li>\n <li>Use various measuring and gauging tools to perform necessary inspections before, during, and after molding operations.</li>\n <li>Attend training classes and scheduled meetings.</li>\n <li>Quality System: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Environmental, Health &amp; Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.</li>\n <li>Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements.</li>\n <li>Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements.</li>\n <li>Must comply with all company policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Education Level High School Graduate or Equivalent Area of Study: General studies *Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</p>\n<p>Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)&nbsp;</p>\n<p>1 -3 Minimum Years of Experience with injection molding.</p>\n<p>1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Forklift certification. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Thorough understanding of machinery and fixtures.</p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<p>(Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge) · 3 months mold change experience, preferably injection molding. · Experience with overhead cranes.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
