This is a remote role focused exclusively on post-production, working closely with the Social Media Content Specialist to execute and maintain Swee Lee's established visual and audio identity. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will not be required to ideate or shoot. Your responsibility is to take raw LOG footage and transform it into polished, on-brand content by strictly adhering to established editing, grading, audio, and graphic standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Video Editing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit short-form social media content (Reels, product demos, artist content, promos, event recap).</li>\n<li>Follow established brand guidelines for:\n<ul>\n<li>Color grading.</li>\n<li>Editing rhythm and pacing.</li>\n<li>Audio mixing standards.</li>\n<li>Text and graphic placement. </li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Maintain consistency in visual tone and post-production quality.</li>\n<li>Work from creative briefs, reference edits, and brand presets.</li>\n<li>Organise project files and maintain structured workflows.</li>\n<li>Deliver optimised exports for Instagram and other platforms.</li>\n<li>Manage revisions and versioning efficiently.</li>\n<li>Meet turnaround timelines in a fast-paced content environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Photo Editing </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit product, artist, and event photography for social media and marketing use.</li>\n<li>Use Adobe Lightroom to colour correct and grade images according to brand guidelines.</li>\n<li>Maintain consistency in exposure, tone, white balance, and overall visual identity.</li>\n<li>Apply preset systems while knowing when to make manual refinements.</li>\n<li>Export optimised assets for digital platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio or Adobe Premiere Pro (8–9/10).</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (8–9/10).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of:\n<ul>\n<li>Professional colour correction and grading workflows.</li>\n<li>Audio balancing and mixing for social media.</li>\n<li>Typography hierarchy and on-screen graphic placement.</li>\n<li>Platform-native pacing for Instagram and short-form video.<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ability to replicate and maintain a predefined editing style.</li>\n<li>Strong time management and communication skills (remote collaboration).</li>\n<li>Reliable internet connection and hardware capable of handling high-resolution footage.</li>\n<li>2–3 years of relevant editing experience (social-first content preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic motion graphics (After Effects or DaVinci’s Fusion).</li>\n<li>Experience working with music, instruments, or artist-related content.</li>\n<li>Understanding of rhythm-based cuts and music-driven edits.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve PowerGrade / LUT-based workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you have a love for music, a drive for excellence, and a desire to make a difference in the world of marketing, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Swee Lee.
