    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><p>The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of complex projects, which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, customers and department personnel.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead planning and/or implementation of multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping all phases of each project within the parameters of cost estimates and completion schedules.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process system projects through the engineering, installation, start-up, debug, customer sign-off, and payment in full from customer.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review customer specifications and purchase order for compliance with our proposal.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep all phases of the project within the parameters of our cost estimate and completion schedule.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Initiate customer invoicing on a timely basis throughout the project.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Negotiate and transmit engineering requirements to outside suppliers (i.e., PLC supplier, installer, etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare engineering drawings and related parts load.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist our field supervisor with start-up and debug when required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain constant and excellent communication and rapport with the customer.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other related responsibilities as needed and as assigned.</li></ul></div><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualification</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree &ndash; preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering combined with AUTO-CAD and computer aided design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 3-5 years of successfully managing various projects or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated knowledge of electrostatic painting finishing equipment.</li></ul></div><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualification</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In depth knowledge of Binks systems products, fundamentals of electrostatics and paint application processes, and general understanding of industrial control systems.</li><li>Critical Thinking &amp; Problem Solving &ndash; ability to recognize problems, evaluate alternatives and identify solutions using a systematic approach.</li><li>Collaboration &ndash; ability to pro-actively engage and build coalitions among various stakeholders, consult and provide advice and build cross-functional relationships to accomplish work objectives.</li><li>Communicate effectively by conveying project goals and objectives in a clear and compelling manner; listen effectively and clarifies information as needed; ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated and properly documented to project team, stakeholders, customers and all levels of management.</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic, well organized and able to manage multiple priorities.</li></ul></div><p><strong><u></u></strong><strong><u>Travel</u></strong></p><p>Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some projects may require more out of the area and overnight travel.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
