This role will also collaborate and work closely under the moderate direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Understanding the general aspects of the job and a high sense of urgency is required.</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Essential Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Skills in Inventory Management\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Moving Parts between locations</li>\n\t\t<li>Creating transport tasks accurately amongst the three warehouses</li>\n\t\t<li>Maintaining inventory counts</li>\n\t\t<li>Trouble shooting inventory issues/Kanban</li>\n\t\t<li>Move serialized parts accurately</li>\n\t\t<li>Send parts properly marked to the other two warehouses</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Packing parts orders in a way that the inventory will not get damaged</li>\n\t<li>Closing parts orders\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Print and sign Picklists</li>\n\t\t<li>Add tracking to orders</li>\n\t\t<li>Deliver the parts order</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Process Work Orders&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Pull/move inventory over to transfer parts from a work order to a parts order</li>\n\t\t<li>Deliver Customer order tied to Work Order</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Process Return Material Authorizations</li>\n\t<li>Oversee quality of parts being packed</li>\n\t<li>Palletize and ship large order via LTL carriers&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Be able to lift at least 50lbs</li>\n\t<li>Maintain proper inventory levels in the Parts Department</li>\n\t<li>Build a small amount of subassemblies</li>\n\t<li>Create shop orders for multistep operations&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Maintain the shop floor workbench for the Parts Department</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Manage and keep the backorder log updated</li>\n\t<li>Maintain and respond to emails</li>\n\t<li>Order packaging supplies from UPS and our local suppliers</li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong><u>Requirements for Effective Performance:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n\t<li>1-3 Customer Service experience</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams etc.)</li>\n\t<li>ERP system experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong><u>Skills/Abilities/Specifications:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.&nbsp; Ability to effectively communicate one on one and in group settings with customers as well as other employees within the organization.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.&nbsp; Must have sound judgment in making non-routine choices within established guidelines with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong><u>Behavioral &amp; Environmental Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Maintain a positive work attitude.
