We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p>Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead cross-functional and virtual teams to successfully execute complex projects</li>\n <li>Manage full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables</li>\n <li>Partner with business leaders, including C-suite, to define and achieve strategic goals</li>\n <li>Drive integration and implementation of initiatives across a matrixed organization</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and communication materials</li>\n <li>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success</li>\n <li>Build and track performance metrics; provide regular updates on progress and outcomes</li>\n <li>Facilitate meetings and align stakeholders to drive decision-making and prioritization</li>\n <li>Collaborate across regions and teams to share best practices and support system goals</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Associate degree required, plus 5+ years of experience in healthcare project management or process improvement</li>\n <li>Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will be considered</li>\n <li>Degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or process redesign/improvement</li>\n <li>Experience managing projects within a healthcare or clinical setting preferred</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead initiatives across multi-hospital or complex healthcare systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licensure & Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license (if travel is required for the role)</li>\n <li>Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent coursework preferred</li>\n <li>Lean and/or Six Sigma certification from a recognized organization strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>",
