We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<strong>YOU&nbsp;</strong>to join our team!</p>\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;the management of academic programs in compliance with government and management directives.</p>\n<p><strong>Essential functions:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Monitor and manage all instructors with the academic department to ensure full compliance regarding teaching strategies and classroom management.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide orientation to academic programs for new students and staff.</li>\n <li>Evaluate curricula, instructional materials, methods, and techniques.</li>\n <li>Manage the scheduling and attendance function to ensure accountability and compliance with the maximum benefit scheduling process; manage student testing and evaluation.</li>\n <li>Regularly audit and assess department for compliance to contractual and governmental requirements and quality of services to students.</li>\n <li>Monitor the Center’s statistical performance measures; prepare and maintain required reports, records, and documentation in a timely manner.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED AND REQUESTED SKILLS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in education or associated field</li>\n <li>Three (3) years related experience, two (2) of which must be in a supervisory capacity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
