Keep the dish-room and equipment clean and organized.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Busser , you will maintaining a clean, organized dining area and supporting servers and kitchen staff. This position ensures tables are reset quickly, dining areas stay presentable, and guests receive prompt service.</p><p><br></p><p>Must be available to work Friday-Sundays, along with some weekdays. Closing shifts. (4pm-close)<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Load, run and unload dish machine.</li><li>Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.</li><li>Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and understand variety of chemicals used in sanitation area.</li><li>Keep dish-room clean and organized to include all storage area.</li><li>Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.</li><li>Bag and haul dish-room trash to dumpster at designed times.</li><li>Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.</li><li>Clean food preparation and production areas as required to include sweeping, mopping cleaning walls.</li><li>Assist in cleaning cooking equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, coolers and other equipment.</li><li>Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and service areas</li><li>Assist servers by refilling beverages, delivering food, and pre-bussing tables</li><li>Stock service stations (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean environment<strong>.</strong></li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
