This opportunity is perfect for an experienced engineer with a robust background in ADOT and municipal roadway and traffic design. If you enjoy collaborating on high-visibility projects of various sizes and complexities, this role could be an excellent fit.&nbsp;</span></p>\n  <p><span>We offer a hybrid work environment, with remote options available for candidates who already have experience in the Phoenix Market.</span></p>\n  <div>\n   <strong>What You'll Do:</strong>\n  </div>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Lead and support roadway and traffic design efforts on ADOT and municipal agency projects</span></li>\n   <li><span>Prepare and review roadway design, signing, striping, and traffic signal plans</span></li>\n   <li><span>Develop engineering designs and deliverables utilizing OpenRoads Designer and AutoCAD</span></li>\n   <li><span>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regions to deliver quality projects on schedule</span></li>\n   <li><span>Manage multiple assignments concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality</span></li>\n   <li><span>Participate in client interactions, technical meetings, and coordinate with public agency stakeholders</span></li>\n   <li><span>Contribute to problem-solving strategies and innovative design solutions</span></li>\n   <li><span>Support project delivery efforts for projects with high-profile clients and diverse scopes</span></li>\n  </ul>\n  <div>\n   <div>\n    <strong>What You Need to Succeed:</strong>\n   </div>\n   <ul>\n    <li><span>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering</span></li>\n    <li><span>Arizona PE License required</span></li>\n    <li><span>Minimum of 6 years of experience in roadway and/or transportation engineering</span></li>\n    <li><span>Demonstrated ADOT experience, including familiarity with Arizona and municipal standards</span></li>\n    <li><span>Proven experience in roadway design, signing, striping, and signal design</span></li>\n    <li><span>Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer and AutoCAD</span></li>\n    <li><span>Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment, with commitment to the Phoenix office if remote</span></li>\n    <li><span>Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills</span></li>\n    <li><span>Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and work effectively within a team</span></li>\n    <li><span>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset</span></li>\n   </ul>\n   <div>\n    <strong>Compensation:</strong>\n   </div>\n   <div>\n    The approximate compensation range for this position is&nbsp;$100,000-$130,000per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
