          "text": "<p>Role            : ESX System Admin<br />Location        : Montreal, Canada<br />Duration        : 6+ Months<br /><br />BGV will be done for the selected candidates.<br /><br /> Job Description:<br /><br />The company . Lab Services (MSLS) team perform rapid, safe, evaluation of technology. The team is responsible for the strategy, standards and operations of company .&apos;s technology labs globally. With over 10,000 square feet of lab space and over 2,000 physical assets, MSLS provides critical services for all phases of the technology lifecycle, from initial research through to production problem post-mortems and investigations. This work also covers all of our lines of business, from low latency trading to enterprise data center applications, and through to new mobile applications We are looking for a systems administrator with experience in managing backup and recovery systems, building automation, tooling and processes for plant management. The candidate will be liaising working with global engineering teams and disaster recovery coordinators.The work would involve working across a broad range of technologies, a willingness to dive into unfamiliar technologies rather than any specific niche. Technologies will span hardware, software, proprietary as well as open-source. Furthermore, the role requires independence, primarily working with groups in remote offices.<br />Skills Required:<br />- Experience with KVM, ESX or other virtualization management infrastructure.<br />- 3 to 5 years experience of system administration practices, primarily Red Hat Linux.- Writing maintainable scripts with Perl and/or        Python.<br />- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision despite rapidly changing priorities.<br />- Project management skills for coordinating teams coming to the labs.<br />- Experience with NetBackup.<br />Skills Desired:<br />- Experience with network security practices.<br />- Ability to manage projects.<br /></p>",
