You'll work across a mix of client engagements and internal initiatives, building modern cloud data solutions for some of the most recognisable organisations in the UK and Europe.</p>\n<p>This is a great fit for a technically strong, hands-on data engineer who wants to broaden their delivery experience, work across multiple cloud platforms, and develop the consulting and stakeholder skills that come with client-facing work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and deliver scalable data pipelines and integrations on modern cloud data platforms</li>\n<li>Build and optimise ETL/ELT solutions, applying best practices in data modelling and architecture</li>\n<li>Partner with client teams to translate business requirements into tailored data solutions</li>\n<li>Work hands-on across Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or similar environments</li>\n<li>Contribute to internal initiatives focused on capability development, tooling, and process improvement</li>\n<li>Engage with stakeholders to influence technical direction and project outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of data engineering experience, with at least 2 years hands-on across modern data platforms</li>\n<li>Strong SQL, data modelling, and query optimisation skills</li>\n<li>Practical experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, or Microsoft Fabric</li>\n<li>Solid grounding in ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing principles</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a client-facing team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience</li>\n<li>Familiarity with dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar tooling</li>\n<li>Programming in Python, Java, or Scala</li>\n<li>Cloud certifications (SnowPro, Databricks Certified, AWS / Azure / GCP)</li>\n<li>Exposure to DataOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid/remote working environment for flexible work-life balance</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation package + performance bonus</li>\n<li>Referral bonus scheme</li>\n<li>Coaching, mentoring, and buddy scheme</li>\n<li>Certification opportunities throughout your time with us</li>\n<li>Career growth support, internal moves, and advancement opportunities</li>\n<li>Team building and networking events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Diversity &amp; Inclusion</span></p>\n<p>At Billigence, we believe great data teams are built from diverse perspectives.
