The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and modern front-end technologies, combined with strong leadership capabilities to mentor teams and define technical direction.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <strong>Technical Leadership &amp; Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of modern web applications built with <strong>React</strong></li>\n <li>Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing front-end solutions</li>\n <li>Define and present <strong>low-level design (LLD)</strong> and technical approaches before development</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and reusable component design</li>\n <li>Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly UI/UX across devices and browsers</li>\n <li>Drive performance optimization, including CDN usage, lazy loading, and efficient rendering</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Delivery</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver business requirements</li>\n <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and execution</li>\n <li>Integrate front-end systems with APIs, third-party libraries, and headless CMS platforms</li>\n <li>Ensure high-quality code through <strong>unit tests, integration tests</strong>, and peer reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quality Engineering &amp; DevOps</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using <strong>Jest and React Testing Library</strong></li>\n <li>Contribute to and optimize <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong></li>\n <li>Monitor and debug applications using tools like <strong>Sentry, LogRocket</strong>, or similar</li>\n <li>Ensure application stability, performance, and observability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Mentorship &amp; Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers</li>\n <li>Promote best practices in front-end architecture, performance, and testing</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</strong></li>\n <li><strong>10+ years</strong> of experience in front-end development</li>\n <li><strong>6+ years</strong> of hands-on experience with React or other leading frameworks (Angular/Vue)</li>\n <li>Proven experience building <strong>enterprise-scale, scalable web applications</strong></li>\n <li>Strong expertise in <strong>state management</strong> (Redux, Redux Persist)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>testing frameworks</strong> such as Jest and React Testing Library</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of <strong>REST APIs, third-party integrations</strong>, and headless CMS</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>performance monitoring, logging, and analytics tools</strong></li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>real-time error tracking tools</strong> (Sentry, LogRocket)</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Git version control</strong></li>\n <li>In-depth understanding of <strong>CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows</strong></li>\n <li>Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with cloud platforms such as <strong>AWS, Azure, or GCP</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>DevOps tools</strong> (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)</li>\n <li>Exposure to <strong>full-stack development</strong> (Node.js, Express)</li>\n <li>Understanding of <strong>web accessibility standards</strong> and cross-browser compatibility</li>\n <li>Awareness of <strong>CDN strategies and performance optimization</strong></li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of <strong>mobile/native development</strong> (Swift, Java)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical leadership and decision-making</li>\n <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management</li>\n <li>Ownership and accountability</li>\n <li>Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments</li>\n <li>Mentorship and team development mindset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
