Join us in making a difference!</p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Maintenance Technician is essential for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our resort property. This role includes responding to work order requests, performing general maintenance tasks, and assisting with property upkeep, all while maintaining a positive guest experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work Order Management: Respond to and document associate and guest work order requests promptly.</li>\n <li>General Maintenance: Conduct maintenance in guest units, common areas, and equipment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.</li>\n <li>Team Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance associates to support property upkeep and resolve issues efficiently.</li>\n <li>Property Walkthroughs: Perform regular safety and maintenance inspections, addressing repairs as needed.</li>\n <li>Checklists and Logs: Complete maintenance checklists and maintain logs</li>\n <li>Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and repairs on building systems.</li>\n <li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n <li>Task Documentation: Maintain clear records of tasks on daily timesheets and work orders.</li>\n <li>Communication: Update management promptly regarding incomplete tasks or unsafe conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Environment & Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Capable of lifting to 70 lbs. without assistance.</li>\n <li>Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach consistently.</li>\n <li>Work safely on ladders and roofs at heights up to 30 feet.</li>\n <li>Work in confined spaces and endure temperature fluctuations indoors and outdoors.</li>\n <li>Moderate to high noise levels may be present in the work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communication: Proficient in English (written and spoken).</li>\n <li>Tool Usage: Understanding of hand and power tools; basic mechanical skills in plumbing, electrical, and repairs.</li>\n <li>Customer Service: Professional approach to maintenance requests from guests and owners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible Schedule: Available to work holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Task Management: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow.</li>\n <li>Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with co-workers and perform tasks with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Reading and Writing: Able to read safety rules, operating instructions, and write routine reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.</li>\n <li>Experience: Relevant experience in maintenance or related fields is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Wage Information:</strong>The hourly wage for this role is $23.00</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Discounted bus passes for local commuters.</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n <li>Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire.</li>\n <li>Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule.</li>\n <li>Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This job posting will close on July 1, 2026, or until the position has been filled.</p>",
