They support activities such as resource planning, scheduling, in addition to contributing technically to initiatives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support and lead development of detailed engineering project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Lead the design and development of deliverables to all specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform 3D modeling and drafting using SolidWorks and/or CREO.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with technical requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Oversee the creation and validation of engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot design and production issues, implementing solutions to improve system performance.</li><li>Evaluate design changes and ensure their integration into the final product.</li><li>Act as a liaison between engineering teams, program management, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure design intent is met.</li><li>Plan and oversee testing of hardware to validate performance and reliability.</li><li>Analyze test results, identify failure modes, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Support prototype development and iterative design improvements.</li><li>Identify opportunities for design optimization and cost reduction.</li><li>Stay updated on advancements in aerospace technology and incorporate innovative solutions.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.</li><li>Identify technical and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Interface with customers to define requirements and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Present project updates, design concepts, and test results to clients and upper management.</li><li>Uphold the company core values.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.</li><li>Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Report project status and metrics to stakeholders and management.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, RF/Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering degree.&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3 years related experience.</li><li>Ability and willingness to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to follow instructions and procedures and work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be capable of reading drawings and inspecting the work being performed.</li><li>Keen attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with passive RF antenna components, feeds, and assemblies desired.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with an authentic desire to build relationships, share knowledge, and positively impact.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong critical thinking skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of GD&amp;T.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Projects.</li><li>Working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of analysis software.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Vitesse Systems, LLC performs work controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). &nbsp;These statutes require the protection of technical data and products. &nbsp;The regulations require that such data not be disclosed in written, oral, or visual form to any foreign national without prior export authorization from the Department of State. &nbsp;A foreign national is defined by the U.S. Government under EAR 734.2(b)(2)(ii) and 8 USC 110 (a)(20) as one who:</p><ul><li>Is not a United States citizen</li><li>Is not lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S.</li><li>Does not have politically protected status (embassy, refugee, or asylum)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Vitesse Systems, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) Veterans / Disabled Employer.</em></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
