font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on backend development using Node.js in production environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong proficiency in TypeScript (or modern JavaScript with willingness to work in TypeScript).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Solid expertise with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL), including schema design and query optimization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with caching and/or asynchronous processing systems (e.g., Redis, message brokers, queues).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
