    "description": "<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p>Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Make an Impact in our Rehab Without Walls Outpatient Clinic!</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Who we are looking for: </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An experienced OT, enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation </li>\n <li>You thrive in an outpatient setting, and value being a part of a collaborative and passionate team of dynamic therapists</li>\n <li>Make a real impact in a rewarding field providing personalized one-on-one care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>What you will receive:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free Continuing Education Hours</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off/Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Medical/Dental/Vision/401K</li>\n <li>Work Life Balance</li>\n <li>Supportive Leadership and Team Environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What you will do: </u></strong>Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans</li>\n <li>Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences</li>\n <li>Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources </li>\n <li>Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members</li>\n <li>Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What you will need:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program  </li>\n <li>Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing  </li>\n <li>Current CPR Certification</li>\n <li>A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist</li>\n <li>Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interaction</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures</li>\n <li>Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods</li>\n <li>Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
