Pacific Coast Fresh Company takes pride in developing employees and recruiting from within, and we hope this position is just the beginning of your career with us!</p>\r\n\r\n<p> </p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What you'll do...</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Evaluate, grade, sort, weigh, and repackage fresh produce into original or replacement containers. </li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain consistent product workflow by loading and offloading cases onto pallets in the Re-pack area. </li>\r\n\t<li>Building pallets and tagging them appropriately with labels. </li>\r\n\t<li>Working cooperatively with other team members. </li>\r\n\t<li>Cleaning and putting away supplies after each shift.  </li>\r\n\t<li>Other duties may be assigned. </li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What we look for...</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Good oral and written communication skills (ability to read and write in English, as is affected by direction and paperwork). </li>\r\n\t<li>Attention to detail and ability to differentiate quality levels of various products. </li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to work in a consistently cold environment (between 45-50 degrees). </li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis. </li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to stand at a sorting station table for most of the shift. </li>\r\n\t<li>Available to work overtime and weekends. </li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner. </li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to multitask. </li>\r\n\t<li>Must be team oriented. </li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What you'll gain...</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>The opportunity to contribute, learn a lot, and have fun along the way</li>\r\n\t<li>Competitive pay and benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and profit sharing plan as well as paid time off</li>\r\n\t<li>Immediate access to earned wages through <strong>Daily Pay</strong></li>\r\n\t<li>Regular and constructive performance feedback</li>\r\n\t<li>Healthy, fresh produce you can eat or take home to your family through our generous employee purchase program</li>\r\n</ul>",
