          "text": "<p>• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics or related field.</p><p>• 3 to 5 years in thermal/fluid systems (data-center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM).</p><p>• Hands-on experience with pumps/valves/filters/sensors, coolant chemistries (water-</p><p>glycol/dielectric), and reliability test methods.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and</p><p>manufacturing processes (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure testing, flushing).</p><p>• Proven project management experience to drive projects forward and hit dates.</p><p>• On-site technical support capability at customer/data-center locations and RMA handling.</p><p>• Ability to design with AutoCad 3D, Pro/E, SolidWorks.</p><p>• Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are required.</p><p>• Working Location: Hoofddorp, The Netherlands</p><p>• Ability to adapt quickly to fast, dynamic environments and full of team spirit.</p><p>• Ability to discuss technical topics with customers, including design for manufacturing and</p><p>cost improvements.</p><p>• Strong cross-department communication.</p><p>• Additional European language skills.</p>",
