A recruiter will be in touch when possible.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will I be doing? </span><span>Using your expertise in </span>training and exercise support<span>, you will be providing support to</span> government and military stakeholders for training events, including developing a training curriculum,</p>\n<p>maintaining training records, managing course information, and attendance rosters. In addition, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards</li>\n<li>Provides lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)</li>\n<li>Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products</li>\n<li>Develops and maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience, training, and education do I need?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Team Lead.</span> <span>You must meet the </span><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements</span><span>:</span></p>\n<p>Qualifications as listed below, plus:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards</li>\n<li>Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Mission Trainer.</span> You must meet the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience</li>\n<li>5 years experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations E</li>\n<li>Experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards</li>\n<li>Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Where is the client site that I would be working for? </span>You will be working in Fairfax County, Virginia. <span>Address disclosed after your clearance is verified.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Inflow is an EEO/Affirmative action employer and is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
