Meath<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Role type: </span>Full-time, Permanent</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift: </span>Wednesday – Friday 7pm – 7am (12-hour shift- non rotation)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the H&amp;S, hygiene and housekeeping of your area as per company standard.</li>\n<li>To contribute to the performance of all the production shifts through one way of working.</li>\n<li>Responsible for FTQ and all quality control parameters linked to production for your area of work.</li>\n<li>Responsible for the recording/inputting of all data in your area of work through paperwork/FMES.</li>\n<li>Responsible for the Efficiency in your area – maximize total output from all forms of extruders through effective communication with Line Lead, Maintenance Lead, Process Lead and Team Captains on a continual basis to improve.</li>\n<li>Responsible for monitoring/delivering total hourly efficiency of your area of work.</li>\n<li>Responsible for checking your area and extruders are left in its standard working condition that is line with company best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES / CORE COMPETENCIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pro-active team player.</li>\n<li>Good knowledge and understanding of all extruder machinery.</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of product specifications and companies’ CCPs. </li>\n<li>Good communication skills and willingness to actively listen.</li>\n<li>Desire to learn new skills and improve our way of working.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 6 months of experience operating manufacturing extruder machinery</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with varying management at all levels, both internal and external.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Self-motivated</li>\n<li>problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Well organised</li>\n<li>Willing to undertake personal development training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you feel you have the skills and experience to apply for this role, please do so by applying online before<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Tuesday 2 June 2026.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>This job description is intended as a summary of the primary responsibilities and qualifications for this position, it is not intended as inclusive of all duties an individual in this position might be asked to perform or that may be required to do either now or in the future.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Tayto Snacks is an Equal Opportunities Employer</em></p>",
