Successful candidates are d</strong><strong>esign forward, technically savvy, problem solvers, and passion players.</strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Support architectural project teams</li><li>Connect a project&rsquo;s design intent with technical requirements</li><li>Work in all phases of the project from concept through construction administration</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>1-2 years of experience on projects in a design firm setting&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Revit production experience within an office environment</li><li>Relevant experience and demonstrable skill with Adobe Creative Suite, Revit Rendering, and/or&nbsp;Enscape&nbsp;</li><li>Self-directed&nbsp;</li><li>Successful team-orientation and collaboration behaviors&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Effective time management with multiple deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills, spoken, written, and graphic&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Efficiently respond to project team needs</li><li>Maintains a positive, professional attitude</li><li>Started / starting AXP&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Working Relationships and Scope</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Reports to team and Project Manager</li><li>Collaborates with project team</li><li>Works independently, under the mentorship of team members</li><li>Represents the firm in alignment with Kahler Slater&rsquo;s core values</li><li>Interacts at times with external clients and partners&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>Work is performed in a professional, collaborative, creative, open office environment.
