    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overnight Detox Support Technician - Substance Use Disorder Treatment</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BASIC FUNCTION</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and provide leadership and supervision to clients during Detoxification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with admission and orientation of detox clients.</li>\n<li>Search property and belongings for contraband.</li>\n<li>Measure vital signs and accurately record results.</li>\n<li>Report all safety / security infractions or trouble areas to Senior Detox Support Technician.</li>\n<li>Complete all necessary client documentation, including and not limited to, logs, maintenance reports, incident reports, etc.</li>\n<li>Promptly respond to all call bells.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all CRI-Help policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Chart client activities and conditions accurately, descriptively and legibly at least once per shift.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with peers, health care team members and physicians.</li>\n<li>Complete client observation/documentation as instructed by Senior Detox Support Technician and physician.</li>\n<li>Detox Support Technician reviews doctor’s orders of the day, ensuring all order were implemented, adhered to, or changed as needed, at the beginning of each shift.</li>\n<li>Supervise and document all self-administered medications as per agency policy and procedure.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Detox Manager and / or Senior Detox Support Technician.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have excellent oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Must have excellent written communication skills</li>\n<li>Must have excellent client relation skills</li>\n<li>Must have excellent time management skills</li>\n<li>Must be knowledgeable in identifying patterns common to drug addicts and alcoholics</li>\n<li>Must be able to accept direction and respond positively to supervision</li>\n<li>Must have the ability to modify behavior in response to supervision</li>\n<li>Must be able to multi-task</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION / TRAINING</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have high school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Must be certified or registered with CCAPP, CAADE or CADTP.</li>\n<li>Must be certified in CPR / First Aid Training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCE</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have at least 1 year of qualifying job experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SPECIAL CONDITIONS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be willing to undergo random drug screenings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION REPORTS TO</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detox Manager &amp; Senior Detox Support Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k)</li>\n<li>401(k) matching</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Employee assistance program</li>\n<li>Flexible schedule</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Life insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Professional development assistance</li>\n<li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n</ul>",
