    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient operation of the Continuous Tube Mill, including oversight of production processes and basic maintenance tasks.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up and operate welded tube mill machinery in accordance with production specifications and safety protocols. </li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain product quality, production rates, and scrap levels to meet operational goals. </li>\n <li>Adjust basic tooling and holding fixtures to ensure proper machine function and product conformity. </li>\n <li>Perform visual inspections of finished parts to identify defects, burrs, or damage. </li>\n <li>Load and unload raw materials and finished parts to and from assigned machines. </li>\n <li>Prepare raw materials for processing, including measuring, handling, and staging materials as required. </li>\n <li>Observe machine operations to detect malfunctions or defective output; report issues promptly to Team Leader or Supervisor. </li>\n <li>Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and tools. </li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company housekeeping and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to correctly read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. </li>\n <li>Ability to safely meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company. </li>\n <li>Ability to effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; work alone and in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to develop a good working knowledge of product and inventory control techniques and procedures.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain ongoing inter-department communications related to routing, safety, and customer relations. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).</li>\n <li>May be required to demonstrate strong customer relations skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Other:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
