You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our Home Equity function - driving performance, improving processes, and developing a high-performing team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Home Equity Manager is responsible for overseeing the processing and closing functions of home equity products, including training and developing staff, managing pipeline performance, and ensuring compliance with credit union and investor guidelines.
