The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data and ML solutions, along with hands-on experience in modern data platforms. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement end-to-end data and machine learning solutions using Databricks</li>\n<li>Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and ML workflows</li>\n<li>Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases</li>\n<li>Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and best practices in data engineering and ML architecture</li>\n<li>Optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data platforms</li>\n<li>Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met</li>\n<li>Support troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement of data and ML systems</li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in Databricks and ML technologies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with Databricks</li>\n<li>Proven experience in Machine Learning (model development, training, deployment)</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Python and SQL</li>\n<li>Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and modern data architectures</li>\n<li>Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)</li>\n<li>Ability to design scalable and efficient data and ML solutions</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n</ul>",
