We specialize in<br>residential and commercial fencing, decking, and much more.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<p><br>The Shop Craftsman is a hands-on, entry-level position that plays a critical support role in our<br>operations. Working under the direction of Shop and Yard Manager, this team member will help<br>ensure our materials are prepared and assembled before installation. This role is ideal for<br>someone who enjoys physical work, has a positive attitude, and is interested in a mix of problem<br>solving and repeat tasks.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Woodshop Duties:</span><br>● Assist with cutting, assembling, and prepping fence and deck components<br>● Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery safely<br>● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the woodshop<br>● Support inventory tracking and material preparation for upcoming jobs<br>● Assist with quality control to ensure parts meet company standards</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Yard Duties:</span></p>\n<p><br>● Help load and unload materials from installation trucks<br>● Assist Yard Supervisor as needed to assist in staging materials for upcoming<br>installations and yard cleaning and organization</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>● Must be at least 18 years old<br>● High school diploma or equivalent preferred</p>\n<p>● Experience in construction, carpentry, or landscaping is a plus but not required<br>● Forklift Certified is a plus but not required to apply, we can provide certification<br>● Ability to lift and move materials up to 80 lbs<br>● Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions<br>● Strong work ethic with strong attention to detail and self motivated<br>● Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn<br>● Reliable transportation and punctuality</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p><br>● Competitive hourly wage<br>● Opportunities for advancement and skill development<br>● Supportive, values-driven work environment<br>● Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals<br>● Paid time off and holiday pay<br>● Employee discount on services and products</p>",
