    "description": "<h2>Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Information Management Group (IMG) has an upcoming opportunity for a talented Instructional Designer. Individual must be experienced in the development of training curriculum to include the development of lessons, general coursework, computer-based training storyboards, assessment instruments and evaluation of methods on test groups. Shall work with Customer and Navy subject matter experts to perform the training curriculum development and implementation.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Shall have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of adult learning or related field; Human Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Training & Development or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in the application of a systematic approach to the design, development and implementation of training applications. Preferred analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) Instructional Systems Design (ISD) background.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate/adjudicate with others regarding technical content.</li>\n <li>DoD Secret or DoE L clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary range- 80-160k</p>\n<h2>About IMG</h2>\n<p>Founded in 1987, IMG is a leading small business that exemplifies competence, integrity and follow-through.
