Our achievements include being named one of the \"World’s Most Admired Companies\" and receiving the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® Award, among other accolades, which is nothing short of amazing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Starting Perks and Benefits</strong><br>Our benefits are designed to support your well-being and start on <strong>day one:</strong></p><ul><li>Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans for both full-time and part-time employees and their families.</li><li>Generous paid time off that accrues over time.</li><li>Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and continuous education.</li><li>Company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans.</li><li>Flexible spending and health savings accounts.</li><li>A vibrant community of individuals passionate about the work they do!</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Realize Your Vision as a New Pharmacist</strong></p><ul><li>Provides inventory control including maintenance in the pharmacy according to the drug formulary.</li><li>Maintains formulary, including ordering, receiving, storage and all necessary paperwork.</li><li>Replaces medication including dispense machine refill (24-hour supply), using unit-dose system.</li><li>Replaces floor stock items on a routine basis according to policy including narcotic inventory.</li><li>Maintains necessary paperwork for the pharmacy's reporting and tracking.</li><li>Reviews pharmacy profiles and collection of drugs dispensed to patients for accurate billing.</li><li>Reconciles narcotic including monitoring of doses administered according to medication.</li><li>Manages Administration Record in the narcotics sign-out file.</li><li>Ensures floor stock (medication and IV's) are maintained at appropriate par levels.</li><li>Ensures emergency boxes are maintained in accordance with pharmacy policy.</li><li>Maintains and completes pharmacy inspection manual.</li><li>Transfers pharmacy charges to the business office.</li><li>Prioritizes orders on basis of drug schedule or necessity, and delivers STAT orders promptly.</li><li>Enters and fills all orders for verification by pharmacist.</li><li>Conducts daily rounds to check emergency drug box and med dispense machines.</li><li>Handles all pharmaceutical generated protected health information.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Meets State board of pharmacy registration or licensure requirement in the state of employment.</li><li>Enrolled in a professional degree program of a school or college of pharmacy that has been approved by the Board and satisfactorily progressing toward meeting the requirements for licensure as a Pharmacist; OR</li><li>A graduate of an approved professional degree program of a school or college of Pharmacy or a graduate who has established educational equivalency by obtaining a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee™ (FPGEC®) Certificate, who is currently licensed by the Board of Pharmacy for the purpose of obtaining practical experience as a requirement for licensure as a Pharmacist; OR</li><li>Qualified applicant awaiting examination for licensure or meeting Board requirements for re-licensure.</li></ul>",
