All of our products are backed by complete technical support that ensures quality, reliability, and value.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are seeking a dynamic Area <strong>Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager</strong> who is committed to world-class performance in safety, environmental stewardship, and employee well-being. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to provide leadership and oversight across our Michigan and Ohio facilities. The role may be based at either site or a location between them and requires consistent on-site engagement at both facilities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position is well-suited for an EHS professional who thrives in building and sustaining effective safety systems, strengthening safety culture and driving continuous improvement beyond regulatory compliance. Experience with, or exposure to OSHA&rsquo;s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) principles is highly desirable,</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide multi-site EHS leadership across assigned facilities to ensure consistent execution of company standards and expectations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive standardization of EHS systems, processes, tools, and best practices across locations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement initiatives across sites</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strengthen and influence a proactive safety culture at all organizational levels</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with plant leadership to reinforce accountability and ownership of EHS performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coach and mentor leaders and safety committees on hazard recognition, risk reduction, and safety leadership practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own and drive EHS performance metrics, including leading and lagging indicators</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze EHS data, trends, and risks to support continuous improvement initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements and company standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations using structured root cause analysis methods</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate EHS documentation, records, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR to integrate EHS into daily operations and projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support environmental compliance, contractor safety programs, regulatory inspections, and OSHA VPP readiness initiatives</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Health &amp; Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related discipline required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years of progressive EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated experience implementing, supporting, maintaining, or improving EHS management systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of OSHA regulations; OSHA VPP experience or familiarity strongly preferred</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Travel:&nbsp;</strong>Up to 50%</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Desired Qualities/Attributes</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of risk-based EHS management systems and hazard control methodologies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to influence, engage, and develop a strong, sustainable safety culture</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leadership mindset with demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High attention to detail, particularly in documentation, audits, and regulatory recordkeeping</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p><br></p></div>\n",
