This is an exciting opportunity to share your industry expertise, mentor future aviation technicians, and make a lasting impact on workforce development in southern West Virginia.</p>\n<p>As a faculty member, you will deliver high-quality classroom and hands-on instruction in a state-of-the-art hangar environment while supporting student success, safety, and professional growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Instructional Specialist – Aviation Maintenance serves as a full-time faculty member within the Aviation Maintenance Technology program and reports to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dean of Technical, Workforce, and Community Education</span>.
