The PM is ultimately accountable for leading multiple client implementations for projects including, but not limited to, Student Loan Employer Contributions (SDEC), Health Savings Account (HSA), Workplace Giving (WG) and Single Sign-on (SSO).</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li><ul><li>Knowledge of HR business functions, applications, and technical environment.</li><li>Client facing experience with end users, internal teams, external clients as well as 3rd parties vendors as central point of contact for all project related results.</li><li>Experience Creating project plans and monitoring progress against plan, including communicating deliverable, timelines, best-practice data, and process solutions to clients.</li><li>Familiarity with WI Products and Services across all product lines.</li><li>Related work experience, undergraduate and/or graduate degree(s). A Bachelor’s degree is required.</li><li>Strong team building skills.</li><li>Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent judgment and project management skills.</li><li>Results/willing to take action and have attention to detail.</li><li>Strong facilitation, influencing skills and negotiating skills.</li><li>Proven ability to promote and position products effectively with client.</li><li>Leads cross-company teams to achieve common goals.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis-2\"><b>The Team</b></span></p><p></p><p></p><p>The Fidelity Emerging Products Implementation team is responsible for implementing exciting new benefit opportunities to Fidelity clients. Healthcare Savings and Student Debt are significant challenges for all Americans. These, and other emerging products are expected to grow quickly in the coming years. It’s critical that we create a scalable implementation model to onboard clients quickly, without sacrificing customer service. To that end, we collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop new service offerings, refine process and procedures, and drive new innovation to ensure Fidelity’s leadership position in the market.
