      "content": "\n<li>Perform in-home patient care including but not limited to: Checking vital signs, reviewing medications, reviewing allergies, physical assessments, pain assessments, wound care, intravenous access, medication administration &amp; blood sugar readings.</li>\n<li>Connect patients with their Primary Care Physician via telehealth video interaction.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Physicians, nurse practitioners, patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.</li>\n<li>Educate patients and caregivers on preventive healthcare measures, medication management, lifestyle modifications, and community resources available to support their health and well-being.</li>\n<li>Document patient encounters, assessments, interventions, and referrals accurately and promptly, following organizational policies and regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements necessary for paramedic practice, staying current with advances in prehospital care and community health practices.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Current Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Paramedic License.</li>\n<li>Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a paramedic in an EMS or healthcare setting.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of clinical protocols, emergency medical procedures, and patient care standards.</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>\n<li>Position requires working vehicle in good condition.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li>\n<li>Commitment to patient-centered care, cultural competence, and ethical conduct.</li>\n<li>Must pass a background check.</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid CPR card.</li>\n<li>Must complete CDH EMS System entry process.</li>\n<li>Stay current with EMS System requirements.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Epic &amp; Image Trend (preferred).</li>\n<li>Must possess uncompromised character, high ethical standards, scholarly concern for improvement, and motivation for continued learning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n"
