This role bridges business needs and ERP system capabilities, translating complex requirements into scalable, value‑driven solutions. The analyst plays a key role in East Penn’s SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with distribution processes, warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain execution.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Business Analysis & Process Design</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with business leaders, business process owners, and subject matter experts in <strong>Distribution and Warehouse</strong> to understand operational objectives, challenges, and regulatory/operational constraints.</li>\n <li>Elicit, analyze and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, and process reviews.</li>\n <li>Develop current state and future state, user stories, process maps, functional requirements, and business rules.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and optimize <strong>warehouse workflows, distribution processes, inventory movements, and material handling</strong> using ERP best practices.</li>\n <li>Use data assets to compile information for analysis when approaching business challenges such as <strong>inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, picking efficiency, replenishment, and order fulfillment performance.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ERP & SAP Functional Expertise</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as an ERP functional expert for the <strong>Distribution and Warehouse domain</strong> with strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules such as <strong>MM, WM/EWM, IM, TM</strong>, and related supply chain components.</li>\n <li>Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for SAP configuration, enhancements, data mapping and integrations.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with SAP configuration, development, integration, OCM and data teams to design end‑to‑end solutions.</li>\n <li>Advise stakeholders on SAP capabilities, limitations, design alternatives, and impacts to upstream, downstream, and cross‑functional processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project Delivery & Implementation Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a functional advisor on designs for East Penn’s initial SAP S4H implementation.</li>\n <li>Support ERP initiatives across the full lifecycle: planning, design, build, test, training and deployment.</li>\n <li>Lead or support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, and defect resolution.</li>\n <li>Participate in cutover planning, data validation, and go‑live activities to ensure business readiness.</li>\n <li>Provide functional support during hypercare and transition to steady‑state operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>    </p>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a trusted advisor to distribution and warehouse process owners and leadership.</li>\n <li>Communicate requirements, design decisions, and impacts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.</li>\n <li>Support change management efforts by contributing to training materials, job aids, and user documentation.</li>\n <li>Enable business users to understand and accept the capabilities and limitations of ERP and integrated systems.</li>\n <li>Use strong communication and facilitation skills to guide teams through process and system changes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement & Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze post implementation performance and recommend enhancements or process improvements.</li>\n <li>Verify that delivered solutions achieve expected business benefits and have success metrics.</li>\n <li>Support ongoing ERP enhancements, minor projects, and production issues within the assigned domain.</li>\n <li>Stay current on SAP S4H roadmap updates, ERP trends, and best practices related to the area of specialization.</li>\n <li>Engage and participate in SAP User Groups specific to the functional business line being supported.</li>\n <li>Promote and engage in enterprise data initiatives such as data governance.</li>\n <li>Apply <strong>distribution‑centric and warehouse‑centric thinking</strong> to identify improvements that enhance inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of hands-on SAP S4H experience is required.</li>\n <li>Participation in SAP implementation(s), upgrades, or major enhancements is preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience supporting or working within <strong>Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Execution</strong>.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Business Analyst or related role, specializing in a specific business domain bridging process with technology.</li>\n <li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Private Cloud, Integrated Business Platform (IBP).</li>\n <li>Background in warehouse operations, distribution processes, or supply chain execution strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Certification</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.</li>\n <li>Equivalent level of education, training and experience may be considered.</li>\n <li>Certification specific to the Functional Domain they are aligned to (CPIM, ASCM, CCSM).</li>\n <li>SAP
