    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description:</span></p>\n<p>An Energy Manager will be an integral team member in the continued growth of the E3M Solutions Energy team on turn-key projects, energy assessments, commissioning, and pro-active energy management agreements. This role is estimated to be a combination of in office and field work with an annual average approaching an 80/20 split.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Complete and provide peer review of:\n<ul>\n<li><br>Energy Models &amp; Savings Calculations</li>\n<li><br>Site Visits, Assessments &amp; Reports</li>\n<li><br>Air Audits</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><br>Project Management of energy-related projects and management strategies</li>\n<li><br>Client communication via phone, email and written reports</li>\n<li><br>Provide understanding and direction on a wide variety of solutions (as dictated by clients)\n<ul>\n<li><br>Mechanical &amp; Electrical Systems</li>\n<li><br>Lighting &amp; Lighting Controls</li>\n<li><br>DDC Controls Systems &amp; VFD/VSD’s</li>\n<li><br>Compressed Air Systems</li>\n<li><br>Process Related Systems</li>\n<li><br>Alternative Energy Systems</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><br>Assist in maintaining of standards &amp; tools for energy solutions</li>\n<li><br>Participate in conceptual development meetings with E3M team, clients, or contractors.</li>\n<li><br>Perform other tasks and items necessary in a small business</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Characteristics: </span></p>\n<p>At E3M Solutions, we are consistently and proactively focused on our company culture, how our team is the pivot point of the culture and how it reflects to our clients.
