          "text": "<p>At least 10 years of proven work experience in Infrastructure development or from a combination of development and another IT domain. A variety of experience across roles is a plus, especially in</p><p>areas such as application development, Security, Network, storage and data management. </p><p>At least 5 years of experience in/as Solution Architect and solution Design in relatively large organizations. </p><p>At least 5 years of hands-on experience with two or more of the following disciplines but not limited to: </p><p>o SAN, Citrix, VMware, Dell Blade servers, Network, , Security, Windows 2003/2008, UNIX/Linux, AIX, Solaris. </p><p>Hadoop and Netezza </p><p>Experience with data center consolidation and application migrations </p><p>Experience with Virtualization in VMWare, or UNIX LPAR </p><p>Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel with ability to generate documentation and presentations. </p><p>Experience with MS SharePoint and other automation tools is big plus. </p><p>Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary </p><p>Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills </p><p>Able to juggle a broad set of competing functional-level requirements while also considering the near- and long-term impact on nonfunctional requirements such as performance, scalability, and reliability. </p><p>Leadership and mentorship skills. Interpersonal skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to earn trust from others, able to influence their teams in the right direction and still know when to compromise. </p><p>Strong communication skills. A solution architect needs the ability to communicate across different domains, articulate a solution to all parties, and stitch that solution together. </p><p>Use creativity in applying these skills.</p>",
