With advanced experience and expertise, you'll take on complex projects, develop training programs, and drive standardization initiatives. This role encompasses Mechanical, Controls, and the ability to learn rudimentary Software used to operate the Material handling system to ensure the system operates optimally while delegating tasks to work colleagues.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Uses advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair mechanical problems.</li>\n <li>Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings.</li>\n <li>Create and review Standard Operating Procedure SOP documents.</li>\n <li>Follows and guides small preventive maintenance programs.</li>\n <li>Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis.</li>\n <li>Lead training programs for Automation Technicians I and II.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integration.</li>\n <li>Conduct audits and inspections for compliance and quality assurance.</li>\n <li>Analyze performance data and identify process optimization opportunities.</li>\n <li>Conducts advanced Allen Bradley (AB) PLC control-level issue diagnosis using ladder logic and Control</li>\n <li>View HMI.</li>\n <li>Leads change management process and develops complex PLC ladder code changes using Rockwell</li>\n <li>RSLogix family IDE’s (5000 preferred).</li>\n <li>Utilizes AutoCAD proficiently for reviewing, developing, and maintaining electrical schematic and conveyor layout drawings.</li>\n <li>Documents and communicates control system and equipment configuration changes.</li>\n <li>Completes advanced safety training and ensures compliance with safety programs, policies, and procedures.</li>\n <li>On-call availability as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of handheld and power tools</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of PLCs and motor control</li>\n <li>Advanced ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls defects</li>\n <li>Advanced ability to interpret both mechanical and electric drawings and schematics</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain and troubleshoot all material handling equipment and components</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safe industrial work practices</li>\n</ul>",
