disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Minimum three seasons experience teaching skiing and/or snowboarding in children&rsquo;s programs</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Experience as a supervisor or manager in a children&rsquo;s ski and ride school strongly preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">PSIA/AASI Level 2 Certification or equivalent required, Level 3 Certification preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">PSIA/AASI Children&rsquo;s Specialist Accreditation preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Experience as a staff trainer at a recognized ski and ride school preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Mastery of leadership and interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">High school diploma or equivalent, college degree in relevant field preferred</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Skiing or Snowboarding ability:</span><ol style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Must be an advanced level skier or snowboarder capable of skiing or riding all mountain
