If you have experience in fire protection and take your work seriously, we'd like to talk. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Measure, cut, and install steel and plastic pipes in compliance with NFPA standards and local building codes.</li>\n <li>Attach sprinkler heads and fittings, ensuring systems are leak-free and properly functioning.</li>\n <li>Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to determine system layout and placement.</li>\n <li>Perform routine inspections, service, and repairs to maintain compliance with regulations and customer expectations.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with on-site contractors and team members to meet project deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ensure all work is completed with high precision and strict adherence to safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Document job details, including materials used, work performed, and site conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active RI Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman License.</li>\n <li>Proven experience installing, repairing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of NFPA standards, national fire codes, and local building regulations.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in various environments, including heights up to 30 feet and adverse weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and operate required tools and lifts safely.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within Rhode Island.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and lift operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<p>At Encore, we’re all about creating a culture where success is celebrated.
