If you do, this would be a great position for you – so send in your application!</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in all phases of project development: schematic design to contract administration and close-out.</li>\n <li>Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, site analysis, construction documentation, contract administration, and submissions on a wide variety of projects under guidance from senior landscape architects.</li>\n <li>Identify and solve technical issues.</li>\n <li>Conduct and participate in site meetings and conduct site reviews and inspections and coordinate work with construction crews, clients, consultants, sub-consultants, and subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Coordinate plans and specifications with project consultants.</li>\n <li>Coordinate internally with design team and construction staff.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist landscape architects and other designers with project management and contract administration.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of proposals and other marketing materials.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and schedule multiple field construction milestones and team mates to achieve results.</li>\n</ul>",
