          "text": "<p>The Education and Events Lead is a food enthusiast who passionately engages guests in Eataly’s mission through events and educational programming. Reports to the Education &amp; Events Manager.</p><ul><li>Executes public and private in-person events including: specialized cooking/wine/food knowledge classes, group reservations, press events, tastings and private receptions</li><li>Supervises staff members during events to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Writes and monitors class descriptions; compiles instructor biographies, Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) and sales contracts; creates class registration pages online</li><li>Communicates with guests regarding class and event registration</li><li>Fosters accountability in departments and interdepartmental collaboration when planning events</li><li>Builds and manages client lists and relationships</li><li>Updates event needs including recipe cards, creating posters, department inventory, etc.</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
