By integrating innovative material science into products to meet new demands we will leave traditional alternatives behind.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Building on a winning track record of 300% revenue growth over the past 5 years, we need the right talent to take the next big steps.</span><span style=\"color: rgb(64, 64, 64)\"><br><br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(58, 75, 92)\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trouble shooting/repairs/installations of electrical and mechanical services with knowledge of 600 V AC and lower field wiring complete with a good grasp of associated instrumentation and control/PLCs.</li>\n<li>Interpret basic diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to determine work procedures.</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement through reliability efforts and root cause failure analysis.</li>\n<li>Install, replace, and repair safety circuits, analog process instruments, and digital instruments.  </li>\n<li>Install, replace, and repair PLC instrumentation and controls on a wide variety of industrial applications.   </li>\n<li>Install, replace, and repair motor starters and VFD's.  </li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records. </li>\n<li>Diagnose, locate the cause of, and repair malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment.  </li>\n<li>Carryout oral/printed work request and apply corrective measures in a timely fashion.</li>\n<li>Have intermediate grasp of related mechanical requirements and apply corrective measures.</li>\n<li>Perform PM and regular Work Orders and account for inventory and labour on computerized maintenance system.</li>\n<li>Welding repairs and/or fabrication of equipment parts.</li>\n<li>Fulfill mechanical requirements of work orders and trouble shooting and repairs c/w requesting assistance where necessary.</li>\n<li>Perform machining and sheet metal work for equipment repairs and/or upgrades to meet equipment spec’s</li>\n<li>Communicate daily repair activity with Supervisors and with other Departments.</li>\n<li>Work in compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
