    "description": "<p>Position Title: Data Analyst SME</p>\n<p>Location: Huntsville, AL </p>\n<p>Position Type: Full-Time</p>\n<p>Clearance: Top Secret Required</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a Data Analyst SME to support mission-focused programs in <span>Huntsville</span>. The ideal candidate will have strong experience performing data analysis, developing reporting solutions, and working directly with technical and functional teams to gather and define data requirements.</p>\n<p>The Data Analyst SME will support data-driven decision making through analysis, visualization, documentation, and reporting activities in secure environments.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using PowerBI.</li>\n<li>Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Python.</li>\n<li>Work independently with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document data analysis requirements.</li>\n<li>Support data validation, quality assurance, and reporting accuracy efforts.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and analytical procedures.</li>\n<li>Utilize GitLab for version control and collaboration activities.</li>\n<li>Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data processes and reporting capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n<li>Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting.</li>\n<li>Experience conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA).</li>\n<li>Experience developing dashboards and reports using PowerBI.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with GitLab and version control processes.</li>\n<li>Experience creating and maintaining data documentation.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal Government programs.</li>\n<li>Experience working with large or complex datasets.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>CULTURE REQUIREMENTS:</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Engineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
