Provide an excellent guest experience with menu knowledge, drink knowledge or suggestions, and attentiveness to guests’ needs.</p><p>Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing/able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Will provide exceptional food, beer, liquor and wine service to Crow’s Bench guests.</li><li>Will be accountable for having own bank and making change for guests.</li><li>Requires extensive guest interaction.</li><li>Must be punctual.</li><li>Responsible for daily paperwork and reconciliation.</li><li>Must be knowledgeable of and be accountable for enforcement of Idaho State Liquor and identification laws.</li><li>Will provide bottle service throughout service to guests tableside who purchase wine.</li><li>Requires the ability to interact with guests and customers of the resort in a friendly, professional, and accommodating manner every time.</li><li>Will perform opening and closing duties, including polishing and rolling cutlery, vacuuming, polishing glassware, keeping restaurant clean.</li><li>Will work as a team player to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Responsible to keep up on side work while managing tables. Must be capable of managing and exceptionally performing multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.</li><li>Responsible to help with hostess/busser duties.</li><li>Must have extensive knowledge of the menu and be able to identify potential allergens and give guests suggestions as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Specific Job Skills</b>:</p><p><u>License/Certifications</u>- Idaho Alcohol Awareness training is required and can be provided upon hire.</p><p><u>Technical</u>- Computer skills needed for use of Point of Sale system.</p><p><u>Physical Capabilities</u>- Able to walk and stand for 8&#43; hour shifts. May need to lift and carry 25lbs.</p><p><u>Additional</u>- Bar drink and food knowledge<br /> </p><p><b>Education/Related Experience</b>:</p><p><u>Minimum education required</u>- English reading, writing and verbal communication.</p><p><u>Minimum time in related position</u>- 6 months F&amp;B experience required, with demonstrated competence; wine knowledge preferred.</p><p></p><p></p>",
