It’s about <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">people, leadership, accountability, and doing the right thing every day, on every jobsite.</span> We’re looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Onsite Safety Coordinator</span> who not only understands safety — but leads it.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role is built for someone who thrives in the field, builds trust with teams, and knows that the strongest safety cultures come from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">coaching, mentoring, and leading by example.</span> If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing others while maintaining high safety standards — we want to hear from you.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Onsite Safety Coordinator</span>, you will serve as a key leader on active construction projects, working closely with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Superintendents, project teams, subcontractors, and the Safety Operations Manager.</span> You’ll be responsible for driving safety performance, supporting field operations, and mentoring onsite safety team members.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fast-paced, high-impact field role</span> where you’ll balance leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on safety management every day.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the lead onsite safety professional, supporting Superintendents and project teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct and document weekly safety inspections and ensure timely submission of reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify hazards, perform daily risk assessments, and take immediate corrective action when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Act as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">competent person onsite</span>, with the authority to stop work and correct unsafe conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and monitor subcontractor safety programs to ensure alignment with project standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Toolbox Talks, Stretch &amp; Flex, and daily PTP/JSA meetings</span> in an engaging, team-focused manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate safety expectations clearly and professionally with all levels of the project team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report and manage all incidents, injuries, equipment damage, or theft in accordance with company protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with Safety leadership and Superintendents on corrective actions and safety initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate and organized safety documentation, inspections, and compliance records</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure jobsite readiness, including PPE compliance, safety supplies, and overall site safety conditions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Team Development</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mentor and support Onsite Safety Coordinators to grow their knowledge and field effectiveness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with onboarding and training of new safety team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote a strong, positive safety culture that encourages participation and accountability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Safety leadership to continuously improve company-wide safety programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead by example — building trust, credibility, and respect in the field</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate is someone who:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Has <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">6+ years of construction safety experience</span> (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Holds <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OSHA 500 certification</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">First Aid/CPR training</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Has strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates leadership, confidence, and sound judgment in fast-paced environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Can effectively coach, mentor, and influence teams at all levels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintains a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">solutions-focused, team-first mindset</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Is comfortable using technology for reporting and documentation (HammerTech, Microsoft Office, etc.)</span></li>\n<li>Experience in areas such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">excavation, fall protection, confined space, silica, NFPA 70E, and LOTOTO</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> is strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CHST (Certified Health &amp; Safety Technician), STSC (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction)</span>, or a similar professional safety certification is strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical &amp; Field Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an active, field-based leadership role that requires a strong presence on construction jobsites. The Senior Onsite Safety Coordinator must be comfortable working in dynamic environments and physically navigating active projects. This role regularly requires:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Walking and standing for extended periods throughout the day</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Moving throughout large, active construction sites with varying terrain</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Climbing stairs, ladders, and accessing elevated work areas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Wearing required PPE at all times (hard hat, vest, safety glasses, boots, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lifting and carrying safety equipment or materials (up to 50 lbs. as needed)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">This role is best suited for a leader who enjoys being in the field, supporting teams, solving problems in real time, and driving a culture where safety is owned by everyone.</span></p>",
