This position is open due to an internal promotion, creating an opportunity for someone who is eager to build technical expertise, gain hands-on experience with advanced infrastructure systems, and grow their career within an organization known for developing talent from within.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The training schedule for the first 90 days is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. After training, the regular schedule shifts to nights, working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation, with every other weekend off. You'll support the daily operation of a highly sophisticated data center environment that includes redundant electrical, mechanical, environmental, and security systems designed for maximum uptime and reliability.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone with maintenance, facilities, or technical operations experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems in real time, and working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and engineers while gaining exposure to the systems that support mission-critical operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Contribution Will Likely Include</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing routine preventive maintenance on data center equipment and facility systems</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment issues and assisting with repairs</li>\n <li>Supporting equipment upgrades and maintenance activities while minimizing operational disruption</li>\n <li>Monitoring environmental conditions, power usage, and building systems to ensure optimal performance</li>\n <li>Responding to alarms and alerts, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions</li>\n <li>Maintaining accurate equipment inventories, asset records, and documentation</li>\n <li>Coordinating with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations</li>\n <li>Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives</li>\n <li>Assisting senior technicians and engineers with operational projects and maintenance activities</li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-labeled data center environment</li>\n <li>Utilizing AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency, streamline administrative tasks, and support operational workflows</li>\n <li>Promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence while embodying Sabey's core values</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience You Will Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>General maintenance, facilities, technical operations, or related experience</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance activities</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, software platforms, and operational systems</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with limited supervision</li>\n <li>Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships across teams and with external partners</li>\n <li>Aptitude and willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology</li>\n <li>Ability to respond to on-call situations as needed</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Ability to safely operate power tools</li>\n <li>Ability to interface with technology and operate digital tools</li>\n <li>Ability to work swing shifts and night shifts as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Sabey's Investment in You</strong></p>\n<p>Sabey is committed to building an enduring, next-generation company that values and invests in the success of its team members.
