    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><u>JOB DESCRIPTION</u></p><p>ASSISTANT FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR</p><p><u>Summary of Duties</u></p><p>Directly responsible for the overall operation of your assigned unit. &nbsp;This includes sales, service, cost controls, budget expenses, sanitation, safety and profitability. &nbsp;</p><p><u>Line of Communication</u></p><p>The Assistant Food Service Director should report directly to the Food Services Director and District Manager. &nbsp;</p><p><u>Responsibilities</u></p><ul><li>Ensure the unit staff is in strict compliance, in all areas with the company operations manual and the terms of your respective client contract.</li><li>Maintain an open line of communication with all employees.</li><li>Coordinate food production with the Food Production Manager to insure volume of production meets business demands and that food quality, preparation and portion control standards are achieved.</li><li>Develop and maintain a viable student/client relations program and maintain a high level of student/client contract during peak business hours. &nbsp;Resolve student/client complaints as required.</li><li>Coordinates and conducts production schedule and safety meetings, for the purpose of disseminating information related to the food services operations.</li><li>Monitors kitchen and dining areas for the purpose of ensuring a safe and sanitary working environment.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and any repairs are requisitioned through the proper liaison.</li><li>This position is a high pressure position, and the individual must be able to handle stress.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director and District Manager.</li></ul><p>This position may require bending, stooping, lifting, continuous standing or walking&nbsp;and&nbsp;occasionally lift and/or move up to 40-pounds several times per shift.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
