Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities for this Position</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>System Change Manager</strong> to join our <strong>SPRINT Next</strong> program team in <strong>San Antonio, Texas</strong>. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Playing a key role in managing and driving <strong>enterprise-wide system change processes</strong> that directly impact national security missions on the <strong>SPRINT Next program</strong></li>\n <li>Leading and facilitating <strong>Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Change Advisory Board (CAB)</strong> meetings alongside program leadership and technical teams</li>\n <li>Working closely with the <strong>Configuration Manager</strong> in a collaborative and fast-paced classified defense environment in <strong>San Antonio, Texas</strong></li>\n <li>Applying your expertise in <strong>SCM tools and change management best practices</strong> to continuously improve program processes and outcomes</li>\n <li>A strong opportunity for <strong>professional development and growth</strong> within a mission-critical program supporting our nation's core defense and intelligence services</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring to the Table</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven hands-on experience managing <strong>System Change Requests (SCRs)</strong> through the full change lifecycle, from submission and review through approval and deployment</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools and applications</strong>, including the ability to evaluate and recommend the best options for program use</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to <strong>maintain accurate and compliant Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)</strong> reflecting current and historical system configurations</li>\n <li>Solid experience supporting and executing <strong>CCB, CAB, and Technical Review Board (TRB)</strong> meetings with strong organizational and documentation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What Sets You Apart</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>ITIL Certification</strong> and/or <strong>Agile SCRUM Master Certification</strong> are highly desired and demonstrate a strong foundation in change and release management best practices</li>\n <li><strong>Certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII)</strong> further highlights your commitment to the discipline and sets you above the competition</li>\n <li>Experience developing and maintaining <strong>change implementation plans</strong> including validation steps, escalation procedures, and rollback methods</li>\n <li>Ability to <strong>deliver clear and concise weekly status reports</strong> on planned and unplanned changes to program leadership</li>\n <li>Must meet <strong>DoD 8570.1/8140 certification requirements</strong> at the <strong>IAT Level II</strong> baseline or above.</li>\n <li>A collaborative team player who thrives working alongside peers such as a <strong>Configuration Manager</strong> in a fast-paced classified environment</li>\n <li><strong>Bachelor's degree</strong> in Engineering or a related specialized area, plus a minimum of <strong>5 years of relevant experience</strong>; or <strong>Master's degree</strong> plus a minimum of <strong>3 years of relevant experience</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Workplace Options:</strong> This position is based 100% on-site in San Antonio, Texas.</p>\n<h2>Salary Note</h2>This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
